The Old Man
I took Intermediate Modeling with AnimSchool and wanted to challenge myself by working in a style I wasn’t very comfortable with. I absolutely loved this class! It pushed me far outside of my comfort zone, but I’m so glad I took the class and chose this design. It ended up becoming one of my favorite pieces to work on.
The original concept was created by Pete Slattery, who kindly gave me permission to use it for this model. I also had the opportunity to learn from the incredibly talented Christopher Wright, who was my instructor for the class.
Sea Shells
When deciding how to present this piece, I remembered some seashells I had modeled for fun a few years ago. I was super excited to texture them and reuse them in his environment to help add more detail and storytelling to the scene!
